Corporate Health Registered Nurse needed for a long-term per-diem contract opportunity with Yoh's corporate office client located in Phoenix & Tempe, AZ.
This job is only on an as-needed basis with the schedule usually made in advance. The clinic offers Occupational, Primary, and Preventative Care for employees of a corporate office.
Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse license in state of Arizona
- Minimum three (3) years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Preferred experience in: Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Primary Care or Family Medicine type setting
- Recent clinical experience and strong first-aid skills
What You'll Be Doing:
- Nursing assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns
- Ambulatory care such as treating sore throats, ear aches, rashes, pink eye, etc.
- Provide wellness materials/information
- Provide medical testing such as EKGs, pulmonary function, phlebotomy, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, vision and hearing screening and perform limited interpretation of tests
- Respond to emergencies onsite and provide emergency medical care as-needed
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Ability to work on an as-needed basis between Monday and Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm. Schedule usually given in advance. MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE to work 0-5 days per week.
- BLS certified
- Computer savvy (including prior EMR use)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated
