REMOTE Project Manager (30 hours a week) needed for a long-term contract opportunity with Yoh's client.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner with one or more staff analysts to drive process improvement initiatives in various areas supporting field service and/or product support organizations.
- The primary support needed is to assist the analyst to define project scope, build and maintain project schedules, facilitate team meetings and action items, and communicate project status to leadership.
- Work collaboratively within the Commercial Organization as well as with program members from various functions (GIS, Product Marketing, Development, Operations, Quality, Commercial Operations, Sales, etc.) and Global Service and support teams to successfully resolve and/or direct the resolution of complex or unusual business problems.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years managing projects, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success leading projects of moderate to high complexity
- Competent at developing program and project plans, including detailed timelines with durations, dependencies, critical path, and milestones
- Computer Skills: MS Office, MS Project, Office Timeline, collaboration and remote presence tools
- Solid understanding of organizing and driving business process improvements, including discovery, stakeholder alignment, implementation, and follow-up activities
- Can develop business cases to justify investment in a given initiative and prioritize among other opportunities
- Able to communicate effectively with peers and functional leadership
- Ability to work well both independently and in a group setting
- Solid understanding of general business, technology, and regulatory requirements – prior ISO, IVDR, or GMP experience is a plus
- Fully competent at leveraging project charters, plans, work breakdown structures
- Competent at identifying project risks and mitigation plans
- Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in parallel, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- PMP certification is a plus
