The Sales Support Representative will develop an intimate knowledge of the customer's needs in order to handle customer inquiries and processes with the best interest of both customer and company. The person will be responsible for, but not limited to the following job duties.
- Over-all sales support to Customer Manager(s), and perform day to day operational activities.
- Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise, like investigating shipping and order tracking issues.
- Perform Sales Order Processing, Purchase Orders and Item Masters creations, BOMs and Job Order productions.
- Perform billing, weekly and/or monthly.
- Maintain and organize filing systems.
- Back up to other team members.
- Minimum 1 year in an office environment assisting customer service or sales.
- Experience working in a manufacturing company is very helpful.
- Job order data entry.
- Handling out of warranty customers.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes.
