Job Title: Scrum Master / Systems Analyst
Location: Merrimack, NH
Looking for an Scrum Master / Systems Analyst with experience in Financial services domain.
- 6+ years of experience in software development as a Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years leading sophisticated IT projects/initiatives as an Agile Scrum Master.
- Hands on experience managing and coordinating large-scale technology initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Experience leading, influencing and collaborating in a matrix-managed environment and across multiple, diverse groups.
- Knowledge of financial services business practices preferably in securities trading and portfolio management.
- Experience leading an Agile team; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer Science or related field a plus.
- Experience with designing and implementing automated test case suites a plus.
