Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Strong sense of editorial storytelling of video content and ideas.
- Editorial background and/or experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of brand visual identity systems.
- Be innovative, forward-thinking and understands what strong visual content is and how that plays a role in storytelling.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment under pressure within tight deadlines.
- Be proactive, coach, partner and guide others to build team expertise and best practices, as well as brand governance.
- Be able to take feedback in a constructive manner in order to make the work stronger.
- Has a strong sense of storytelling and a point of view that can influence decisions to create success for the brand and our business partners.
- Understands alignment of content around strategic business objectives and can articulate ideas in a constructive manner.
- Focus on ideas first, then execution.

- Can give clear direction to the team when ideas need refinement.
- Knows how to nurture, build ideas and explain concepts to business partners.
- Well versed and knowledgeable in culture, current trends and breaking trends in video and social.
- Leads and inspires design team to produce work that is modern, using best practice across all touchpoint of branding.
- Shares knowledge, and builds excitement of creative trends with other team members.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion/Animation or equivalent.
- Motion & social experience is a MUST, with ability to storyboard, create and edit video content.
- Excellent writing, editing and interpersonal skills.
- 3-5 years working at a brand or agency with strong focus on video content creation.
- Experience working at/with a financial/asset management company a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut pro.
