Compensation: $26.60 to $30.80 hourly

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for account analysis and reconciliations, financial statement preparation and consolidation, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Responsibilities
- Realize compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners
- Coordinate quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors
- Compose Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
- An endless desire to improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
- Manage monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP
- Be a part of various initiatives spanning multiple departments
- Review financial results (benchmarks, trends, performance metrics)
- Complete other projects as required- Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding skills in analyzing financial data and promptly generating accurate reports
- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience desired
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
- SOX internal control assessments (Section 404) experience
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to retain complex work directions
- Knowledgeable of ERP systems
- BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are desired
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Understanding of corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required
- Financial reporting systems proficiency
- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers
- Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
