Experienced Program/Project Manager needed to drive an internal transformation Program.
Our client is running a large internal transformation program with 16 transformation initiatives and they need a Project/Program manager to help with 6 or 7 workstreams.
Each initiative is not very complex and they even track progress by just using MS Excel. The role of the PM is to set the cadence, lead the weekly progress meeting, setup working meetings with each team, report on Excel that is in our SharePoint.
They are looking for a Sr. PM profile because in a lot of these meetings they have SLT members that are very experienced and a weak Project Manager will not be able to "control" the meeting.
The Project Management hard skills are not that important, but they need someone senior/ great soft skills because the audience is very senior and demanding.
