The Senior Technical Product Owner (Sr. TPO) owns all aspects of their technical products, leading business
value creation and managing overall product health. The Sr. TPO applies specialized product knowledge and
expertise to understand business and technology objectives, communicate the product vision and roadmap,
prioritize and translate needs into requirements to ensure that expected outcomes are achieved.
Must be able to create User Stories
Experience with Pharmacy/Prescription/ RX systems a big plus
W2 only, no 3rd parties or corps
- Acquiring new small business clients and expanding relationships with existing small business clients
- Develop new business or service to increase existing business
- Cover business partnering with VP
- Maintain and call on a small business client book of business to deepen relationships
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of small business client financial needs
- Serve the business buyer as a customer
- Utilizing background in building salon business
- Understand business concerns and goals
- Achieve personal sales and referral goals by identifying, marketing, and cross-selling business banking products and services beneficial to the business customer needs
- Selling a variety of products to business customers to ensure that company growth goals are met
- Review Owner Classifications in order to ensure appropriate owner strategies are created and implemented across all owner types
- Assist in crafting an owner centric culture
- Bridge the technical and business worlds as products are designed that enable key business objectives through collaboration with business strategy, data science and product delivery teams
- Collating owner feedback from the owner satisfaction survey as well as other listening posts in order to identify the key drivers for increasing owner advocacy in the Americas
- Assist in business training, such as products and services, sales techniques, and business relationship management, to Bank employees
- Achieve consumer goals by cross-selling consumer products to deepen relationship with small business owners and employees
- Monitor metric level strategy with accountable business
- Establishing and coordinating all accounting procedures for the business
- Determine specific business application software requirements to address the most highly complex and varied business needs
- Distribute information obtained from small businesses that is applicable to acquisition needs
