The sourcer will be responsible for candidate pipeline generation for our SDS and SysEng organizations.
Responsibilities:
The sourcer will be responsible for candidate pipeline generation for our SDS and SysEng organizations. The sourcer will utilize different sourcing strategies and channels to develop the pipeline. The Sourcer engaged with the prospective candidates and participates in internal hiring meetings with hiring managers, interviewers and recruiters.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Generate candidate pipeline
- Engage with prospective candidates, maintaining a great candidate experience
- Participate in internal hiring meetings for kick off meetings, source jams, strategy meetings
Skill/Experience/Education:
Mandatory
Education: HS diploma-Total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibilities:
4 years of technical recruiting experience (can be a combination of agency and corporate in-house)
Desired
Experience with linkedin recruiter
Experience with Greenhouse ATS
