Warehouse Forklift Material Handler
Summary of duties and skills necessary for the Operator II:
- Previous experience in a warehouse operating Powered Equipment, ex. Forklift, Reach Truck
- Should be familiar and comfortable in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of different pick, pack and shipping and receiving operations
- Ability to work safely and maintain productivity
- Must be able work independently or within a team
- Willing to help others with a get the job done positive attitude
- Must be able to operate simple hand tools (i.e. utility knife, tape gun, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and perform repetitive bending and twisting motions
- Individuals in this position are required to have previous forklift experience
- Associates will be forklift certified after start of assignment
- Must be coachable and willing to be trained
- Must have great attendance
