Warehouse Trainer

The Warehouse Trainer is a full-time dedicated trainer and SME (subject matter expert) in one or more processes, responsible for delivering initial process training and evaluations throughout duration of training period as well as refresher training as needed.

Shift: (9am-5pm) or (10am-6pm) M-F



Warehouse Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for annual/monthly refresher training
  • Assist with creation and maintaining of departmental SOPs/SWIs
  • Conduct daily audits of work streams to ensure compliance with documented processes.
  • Effectively connect with operations teams on process observations and required mentoring/disciplinary action items.
  • Assist with New-Hire Orientation and introduction to building Safety culture
  • Assist Training Manager in identifying cross-training needs and ensuring documentation in cross-training matrix.


Warehouse Trainer Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Background in training role or experience on a training team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Shift flexibility is a must!
