Job Details for Warehouse Worker:
- Schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm or 8:30am-5pm
- Pay Rate: $16.50hr
Job Responsibilities & Description for Warehouse Worker:
- General production that will be trained on the process of making kegs. This is a physical job that requires the physical lifting and moving of a kegs that weigh up to lbs during the process through various manufacturing steps.
- Will be trained fully in the process. Producing 1 keg a minute as a team.
- Will be trained in all areas in a cell like structure.
- Deep draw machine cell: put the top and bottom of the keg into the press, push a button for formation. Take it out of the press. Put it on the next machine and press a button.
- Put in the next machine that puts a hole in the top. Put it on a conveyor belt that moves it to the next station.
- Chime cell: Flat rolls of metal are fed into machine, it is then formed into a circle. Put on conveyor after it is welded by machine. Pieces are sorted, deburred, neck of keg is put on and welded into place. Put on conveyor belt.
- Weld machine: Put the top and bottom in the weld machine and the machine welds the keg parts. Inspection of keg using machine. Put into pickling line and then leak detection machine after it is washed, look for defects.
- Slide off conveyor and put a valve in. Stack on pallet.
Job Requirements for Warehouse Worker:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift 35-40lbs on a regular basis
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
