Workday Consultant at Collabera

Day to Day:


  • Primary responsibility is to function as Workday HCM Functional lead on an interim basis.
  • Support the existing HCM Functional team and workload.
  • Work closely with business divisional HR Teams, COE leads and other Workday workstream leads.
  • This candidate will be responsible for the SCM modules across all 5 business units in LNRS.
  • Work with the technical team to identify, provide requirements and test related security, integrations and reports.
  • Assist in implementing HCM strategies to support the organization.


Must-haves:



  • 6-8 years of HR Systems experience including at least 5 years in Workday Core HCM.

    • Deep experience/knowledge about how it works; Should be able to assist Jr. consultants.

  • Possesses functional knowledge of HR core business processes as well as strong systems analytics and support background

    • Good analytical/excel experience - creating pivot tables, performing v look ups, etc. 

  • 3 years of experience working with security functions within Workday.
  • 2 years of experience working on a global scale (internationally)
  • Need to be comfortable with 90% Functional / 10% Technical
  • Ability to serve as an SME for the various teams. 
  • Ability to develop, manage and effectively communicate and execute business and COE technology requirements in Workday ecosystem. 
  • High level of professionalism in dealing with confidential data and business information and initiatives. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while remaining focused on detail.
