THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY. ONLY LOOKING AT W2 CANDIDATES.
Must be local to NYC as currently they are working remotely for most, Longer term hybrid with a few days in the NY office each week.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's level degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related area.
- 5 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of heavy hands-on development using Visual Studio.NET. C# and ASP.NET required with experience developing Windows forms, Web services and Windows Service.
- Proficiency with SQL Server as a developer.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, DHTML, XML and XSL.
- Proficiency with .NET web development using JavaScript and client-server model. Experience with JQuery.
- Experience with using third party web control's libraries/frameworks is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of common design patterns is a plus
- Experience with SQL Reporting Services is desirable.
- Knowledge of PowerShell is a plus.
- Background in commercial real estate asset management or financial services is a plus.
