Key responsibilities
- Analyze and summarize legal documents
- Correspond with clients and the counsel for the opposing side
- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
- Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines
- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
- High attention to detail
- First-rate academic credentials and references
- Licensed attorney
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
- Foundational knowledge in Discovery
- General familiarity with Contract Negotiations
- Proficiency in Commercial Contracts
- Comprehensive knowledge of In-House Legal
- Demonstrated knowledge of Employment Litigation
- In-House Legal Department experience required
