Position Summary:
This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing. The B2B Social Media Manager manages and executes the mobile business social media strategy, manages our external agency and drives engagement with our social selling platform. Working closely with the head of B2B Marketing and head of media to align strategy, priorities and performance; this position will also will interact closely with various internal teams including Paid Media, B2B Content Development, Exec Comms, Channel Marketing, Strategy team, Product and Finance, as well as customers and partners.

Routinely, the B2B Social Media Manager will oversee the development and presentation of paid and organic social plans and performance numbers.

Responsible for all B2B mobile social campaigns, this person will work closely with our internal media teams and manage agency partners for all paid and organic social campaigns, including community management.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Co-develop and steward the B2B social media strategy and campaign activations across the mobile portfolio
• Collaborate across the B2C and B2B social teams to develop a common strategic framework for planning and performance metrics that engage senior leadership
• Inform, organize and manage multiple sources of content, partners and creative assets into a cohesive social media execution
• Develop Agency briefs alongside the B2B Marketing and Media Strategy Teams
• Develop benchmarks and KPIs and responsible for performance
• Provide actionable analysis for campaigns and media planning
• Consistently manage and monitor all plan optimizations of plan delivery
• Work alongside and approve Agency recommendations for investment of media savings on behalf of Ssung
• Assist in preparation of all leadership materials for meetings and presentations
• Monitor industry changes and build vendor relationships to innovate Ssungs digital first approach.
• Take ownership of all existing platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Spiceworks)
• Own and scale ROI-positive lead generation campaigns through paid digital channels, particularly Facebook, Taboola and LinkedIn
• Launch and scale 1-2 new channels (Outbrain, Reddit, Quora)
• Report and share effectiveness of all campaigns with a focus on constant improvement and efficiencies

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of social media planning and management experience as a Manager or Supervisor
• Proven success as a social media strategist for a global or large brand with a track record of driving data-driven customer growth
• Leadership in managing paid and organic social campaigns that led to measurable business impacts
• Expert level knowledge of paid and organic social channel functions, including platforms, ad technology, community management, measurement and attribution tools.
• Passion for quantitative and qualitative data; focused on innovation and challenging the status quo
• A self-started that can craft a strategic approach and positioning, with an ability to make recommendations that innovate and push further
• Experience collaborating with creative teams and contributing your own ideation to bring strategies to life
• Demonstrated presentation and writing skills, specifically including direct client interaction
• Experience directly managing a staff of one or more
• Experience managing and coordinating inter-departmental efforts
• Youre an Excel Wizard: must be extremely analytical and data-driven
• A PowerPoint Artist: ability to simplify the message and illustrate impact to the business

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions:
• The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
