Classification: Benefits Administrator
Compensation: $19.00 to $22.00 hourly
Robert Half has partnered with a national organization to assist in filling a Benefits Administration role. Benefits Administrator will work with parent company, vendors and employees in delivery benefits information and enrollment in addition to ongoing work with questions, claims and updates.
Benefits Administer will have overall responsibility for:
- Total Benefits and compensation administration
- New employee benefits and annual open enrollment
- Medical Benefits
- Dental Benefits
- HRIS Updates
- FMLA
- STD/LTD
- Retirement
Candidates for this role should have great organizational and communication skills in addition to a strong internal service attitude.
