· Assisting with continuous risk assessments and gap analyses
· Handling access management ticket queues
· Developing and updating process documents, policies, and procedures
· Taking financial data from various teams and creating reports
· Monitoring and executing day-to-day workflow activities and control reports, managing medium to complex exception handling activities
· Developing, organizing and presenting detailed performance reports
· Tracking, maintaining, analyzing and providing current information on the operation's business key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Utilizing and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP's etc.)
Requirements
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Work, etc) / SharePoint
· PowerBI a plus
· Good oral and written communications skills
