Top Daily Responsibilities:
- Project ideation and planning to develop all tasks and workstreams across 12+ tracks
- Weekly syncs across 12+ tracks and 12+ DRIs to ensure timely completion
- Weekly communications / status updates to all stakeholders on project progress
- Perform weekly analyses of the project status and make changes or resolve conflicts
- Motivating the DRIs involved in the project.
Minimum qualifications:
- 4-5 years project management experience with applications or systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a wide variety of stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Experience working with or leading integrations of contact center technical ecosystems: Case management/CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk, Service Now, etc)
Messaging/social media aggregation (Khoros, Sprinklr, etc)
Telephony (Five9, Ujet, Genesys, etc)
Experience in tooling migrations
