· Export ~2,200 contracts out of Peoplesoft
· Conduct fact finding on missing or incorrect attachments
· Rename, organize, and add files to shared location
· Update contract metadata fields and conduct any required data clean up
· Work with category managers to confirm parent-child linkages between contracts
· Assist with the import of contracts into AI tool
· Assist with the import of contracts into Workday Strategic Sourcing
· Update tracker and report on weekly status
· Reports to the Manager – Findings Management within Enterprise Supply Chain organization
· Develop and execute methodology for collecting, reviewing, and validating supplier responses to a variety of risk findings in order to remediate control gaps in a timely manner
· Assess risk and exceptions related to the overall management of suppliers
· Identify those engagements that create the most potential risk to the corporation and make recommendations to mitigate that risk
· PMP a plus or related project management background / experience
· Work with business stakeholders and suppliers to provide ton-notch customer service and assist in the closure risk findings discovered during third party supplier assessments.
· Manage challenging stakeholders and suppliers

· Proficient in or willing to learn supplier risk management and assessments processes, including technology risk standards (e.g. NIST, ISO: 27000, SIG)
· Strong customer services skills with a proactive mindset towards problem solving.
· Possess and demonstrate significant subject matter proficiency regarding activities of residential lending industry and/or capital markets, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidance
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (including listening, written and oral communication), work well in a team environment, able to work in diverse environments, and adhere to highest ethical standards

Requirements
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
