Training for this position will be onsite, but will then become remote.

Buyer responsibilities will include:
- Procuring materials, components, supplies, and services for the company
- Establishing source of supply, securing bids, and executing purchase orders
- Negotiating price, delivery, and terms with suppliers as well as damage claims, losses, returns, and cancellations
- Maintaining procurement records and assisting in preparation of procurement reports
- Providing pricing in support of Business Development
Buyer background should include:
- 2+ years' experience in purchasing, supply chain management (government environment preferred)
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations is preferred
