Serves as the voice of the member, representing and reinforcing their perspective throughout the digital banking product(s) lifecycle. Responsible for maximizing the value of the digital banking portfolio of product(s) (e.g. online/mobile banking, payment, e-statements, personal financial management services and other third-party services. Responsible for developing and building long and short-term digital strategic plans that align with the credit union goals focusing on driving the financial growth with a culture of digital thinking and delivering value to its members, stakeholders, and credit union's leadership. Communicate digital vision and capabilities to senior management and share insights and trends; provide subject-matter expertise, internally and externally; stay abreast of the industry and competitive landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present and explain Credit Union services and products by phone.
- Perform a variety of transactions and services with accuracy, efficiency and timeliness
- Assist or refer members with any and all questions or problems
- Maintain privacy of member account information
- Perform outbound calls, fax information, make necessary and appropriate requests of members
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell Credit Union products and promotions
- Customer Service: You are a resource in identifying and resolving member servicing issues, and enhances member experience by providing distinctive quality service.
- Teamwork: Your ability to encourage and exchange creative ideas, to provide practical solutions to problems, will be used to promote innovation.
- Communication: Your effective communication style will be used to transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one (1) year of similar or related experience required; including experience with balancing general ledgers and daily transactions and recognizing and correcting out of balance conditions
- Knowledge of related card applications
- Solid math skills with the ability to create spreadsheets and analyze data
- Basic skills exercising initiative and using good judgement to make sound decisions.
- Strong communication and public relations skills
- PC Skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft office
