Commercial Contracts Attorney at Special Counsel

Are you an experienced Contracts Attorney with experience in the food & beverage industry? A growing public company in El Segundo is seeking long-term temporary (6+ months) attorney with experience in a wide spectrum of commercial contracts related to finance, IT, manufacturing, supply chain, sales and marketing. This may grow into a permanent opportunity. 

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate commercial contracts (MSAs, Consulting Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Licenses, Proposal Terms and Conditions, Engagement Letters, Letters of Intent, SOWs and NDAs) for a variety of service offerings to protect the interests of the company and its subsidiaries.

Draft and negotiate real estate related agreements as needed.

Provide legal advice on contract interpretation, risk management, data privacy, and more. 

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial contracts experience in food & beverage or manufacturing. 

Admission in good standing to a state bar, preferably California

Ability to work onsite in El Segundo at least 3 days/week
