Our client, an innovative technology company is seeking a Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis! If you are looking to utilize your sharp skill set and make a meaningful impact with an organization, then this is the role for you!
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Prior experience working in an ATS is required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong adaptability skills
Day to Day:
- Support the full life cycle recruitment process
- Develop and post job descriptions for open requisitions
- Source candidates using various platforms
- Perform phone screens and interviews
- Communicate with hiring managers frequently
