Robert Half HR Solutions is assisting an Executive Search firm located in Chicago with finding a Contract Remote Senior Corporate Recruiter. This is a 6 month engagement with potential for contract to FTE or a proven performer based on business needs!
The full-cycle Corporate Recruiter will be able to recruit candidates for various corporate roles and partner with firm leadership to attract a diverse candidate pool to support the firm's growth!
The ideal contract Corporate Recruiter will leverage social media to develop a pipeline of talent, implement effective recruiting strategies and interview and screen candidates.
A bachelor's degree and 5 plus years of recruitment experience required. Agency experience and talent acquisition certifications desired. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
