Customer Engineer at ICONMA

· Addresses and solves customer problems and issues (Electronic/Electrical, mechanical/parts break, and process issues) as well as performs onsite maintenance (Texas Instruments) and upgrades on the set of complex equipment and systems (200mm CMP and Varian E500 Implanters).

· Proficient on primary toolset (200mm CMP and Varian E500 Implanters) and demonstrates ability to acquire additional systems and applications.

· Performs startup activities through Tier II (Basics process start up/troubleshooting) with limited support (they will be part of team but expected to be able to work alone).

· Able to complete qualifications (Test and verify they've identified root cause the tool is fixed and ready to return to production) with minimal
