Do you like helping customers find solutions?
If you have at least 2 years of experience working in a customer facing role, preferably in a call center, are detail oriented, enjoy being on the phone and the opportunity for advancement, this is for you!
Basic requirements for consideration:
* High School diploma or GED
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working in customer service.
* MS Office skills with the ability to create Excel spreadsheets
* Ability to type 35 wpm.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Intermediate math skills
* Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and remain flexible
* Ability to understand, respond and resolve a wide range of customer issues that are complex in nature.
Hours:
Will work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7AM-7PM M-F
Salary: $17.50 hr.
