SUMMARY
Robert Half is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill a rewarding role as a Customer Service Representative for a reputable company working onsite in Orefield, Pennsylvania. Play a vital with this Customer Service Representative position as you will provide second to none customer service by using your high level of professionalism and commit to efficient communication when talking with customers. In this Customer Service Representative position, you will be monitoring all incoming phone calls and answering questions relating to utility or electricity needs. This Customer Service Representative may be assisting with any inquiries such as, but not limited to billing needs, services being shut off or turned back on, any account-related questions, outages, or any other general concerns. The Customer Service Representative should skilled knowledge of company services to immediately address problem resolution.

DUTIES
Provide a second to none customer experience
Answer and screen incoming customer phone calls and emails
Access customer account information, enter and update information as necessary
Maintain service knowledge for problem resolution and customer inquiry purposes
Communicate with coworkers and customers daily via phone and email
Build and develop strong and lasting customer relationships
Handle contract administration and data entry
Submitting Work Order tickets for any onsite assistance; dispatch technicians
Additional Customer Services tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS
1+ years' experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center roles preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capability of working a fast-paced environment and ability of multitasking
Candidates must understand that attendance and performance are both an important aspect of these roles!
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree a plus, not a requirement!
