Classification: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $13.30 to $15.40 hourly

Your responsibilities
- Manage incoming telephone calls
- Field and send out send written business correspondence
- Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
- Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
- Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
- Expertise in Call Center Customer Service
- Customer service experience
- Excellent computer skills
- A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
- Customer service and office administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
