  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements : 

  • At least 6 months experience on customer service  
  • Strong Communication skills  
  • Proficient in sending Inbound and Outbound emails  
  • Attention to detail
