Hours : 10:30am to 7:00pm

Work Week: 1 - Monday, 2 - Tuesday, 3 - Wednesday, 4 - Thursday, 5 - Friday

Rate: $16.00/hr on W2

Duration: 5+ Months

Duties may include maintaining ongoing relationships, providing support and resolving problems for customers. Assisting in studies to determine customer incentives and developing and preparing proposals for customer leads. Additional duties may include distributing mail, filing, faxing, copying, and processing forms, typing, preparing reports and auditing documents.

Additional Job Details: Pay rate not to exceed $16.00 per hour. Candidates will be assisting the Human Resource Service Center with COVID-19 Emergency pay phone calls and case file processing. Calls will fielded for union and non-union employees that meet medical criteria. Customer service skills required, HR knowledge a plus. Basic computer navigation required. Typing and computer navigation testing performed Training will be conducted from 0800-1630 Monday through Friday. All candidate MUST be available to work until 7pm
