Reporting to the Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager, the Diversity Coordinator will work closely with the Diversity & Inclusion team and partner with other functions (talent acquisition, learning & development, ERGs), in the implementation of Ssungs diversity and inclusion strategic planning and goals.
Responsibilities:
• Participates and attends community-based diversity partner events, virtually and in-person.
• Collaborates with Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager and D&I team to develop strategic diversity recruiting best practices.
• Develop diversity partner relationships and with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Liaise with local affinity groups to plan and execute internal and external programs including meetings, conferences, and client networking events.
• Liaise with community organizations to coordinate sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
• Track and analyze Diversity Candidate data
• Responsible for monthly reporting and tracking of Key Performance Indicators. Track and organize data and analytics related to surveys, RFPs, special programs, and internal and external data. Track Ssungs progress through the organization and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
• Responsible for posting jobs with diversity partners and reviewing partner resume database utilization.
• Analyze diversity partner tools effectiveness and recommend changes.
• Assist with integration of DEI within TA operations, including updating/creating and implementation of systems & procedures.
• Provide event support for internal and external diversity-related programming.
• Support and participate in the local diversity committees; assist local diversity leadership in coordinating logistics, executing programs and follow-up as needed.
• Organize and maintain department files; responsible for tracking and updating department reporting tools including but not limited to monthly calendars and programming overviews.
Background & Experience:
• High School diploma required. Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a corporate Human Resources, Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion or similar work experience, preferably in a large global organization.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Actively champions diversity recruitment strategies.
• Computer skills with Microsoft business applications software, HRIS Workday and Excel. Advanced experience with Excel (Pivot tables, VLookUp) required.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, related government regulations, professional best practices, and industry trends as they apply to all HR and DEI functions and responsibilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally; ability to handle sensitive and confidential data relative to an HR function.
• Strong attention to detail and advanced organizational, administrative, and time management skills; effective at multi-tasking and handling multiple streams of work simultaneously.
• Proactive self-starter who is able to self-manage and also work as part of a team, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment.
