Wachter is seeking a LICENSED ELECTRICIAN who will be TRAVELING from site to site nationwide overseeing a crew of at least 10 electricians on large projects. We are looking for someone that will maintain the company's high standard of quality installations, professionalism, and demonstrate knowledge of industry standards and current NEC requirements. This position will require travel throughout the U.S. A current Journeyman or Masters License at the state level is required.
Requirements:
- Travel is a must
- License required
- Ability to read blueprints and comprehend SOW documents
- Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills
- Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the Company and OSHA
- Responsible for field deliverable's for each site (i.e. pictures, signed checklists, As-Built, etc.)
- Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your Project Manager may assign
- Proficient in use of test equipment. (Meggers and Ground testers.)
- Ability to operate a variety of lift equipment and perform work at elevations Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and ARC Flash NFPA 70E Proficient in use of test equipment. (Meggers and Ground testers.)
- Ability to operate a variety of lift equipment and perform work at elevations
Journeyman or Master Electrical License
Ability to pass pre-screening tests and have a clean driving record
Ability to work overtime and/or overnight shifts when required to meet project requirements
