Employee Data Mgmt Spec 3 at ICONMA

The Employee Data Management (EDM) organization is currently seeking an Experienced Employee Data Management Specialist to join their team!

Position Responsibilities:

Leverages knowledge of business processes, business acumen and critical thinking

Provides proactive analysis and recommends solutions to EIB and HCM issues utilizing inductive and deductive reasoning

Interprets and explains HR business processes, and procedures to business inquiries

Partners with cross-functional resources in order to provide timely and accurate resolutions to requests

Supports flexible hours in order to satisfy customer needs when necessary

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System

3+ years of experience providing guidance regarding HR policies, procedures, processes and services

1+years of experience writing Workday reports

Keen Attention to detail

 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience working with teams in a formal and /or informal role

1+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform

 

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)
