Job Responsibilities

  • This corporate position focuses on the strategic framing and communication of companywide HR programs and initiatives during a period of increased emphasis on "people programs" support shifts in corporate strategy
  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Communications (who is the direct report to the CHRO and SVP of Human Resources and Internal Communications [HRIC]).
  • This position will collaborate with HR leadership and various functional stakeholders, along with other team members, to create thorough and compelling communications that reinvigorate, promulgate and sustain the employee value proposition.
  • This role will help create dynamic communications to deliver important employee life cycle and people strategy updates to employees on a regular basis.
  • You will identify opportunities and take initiative without compromising collaboration and are willing to embrace accountability for successful execution.
  • Maintain HRIC monthly update communication to the global HRIC team, and calendar of communications for HR stakeholders.
  • Coordinate quarterly HRIC All Hands Meetings by developing proposed agenda and developing/collecting content from presenters.
  • Create a PowerPoint page for quarterly executive update package.
  • Ability to interpret HR programs' critical points and present them at a global scale.

  • Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent
