Responsibilities for the Human Resources Operations Representative:

    • Perform data entry in HRIS systems and update employee files
    • Manage HR Operations email inbox and phone line
    • Provide employee support while maintaining confidentiality
    • Process employment verifications and other requests


Requirements for the Human Resources Operations Representative:

    • 2+ years of Human Resources Coordinator or Shared Services experience
    • Experience with FMLA and LOA a MUST
    • Experience with HRIS systems
    • Experience explaining HR policies and procedures to internal employees
    • Experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
    • Must have outstanding customer service skills and maintain confidentiality
    • Must have a professional communication and phone presence
    • Strong Microsoft Office Skills

  • Manage new employee orientation process
  • Conduct new employee orientation and collects new employee paperwork
  • Prepare benefits packets for new hire orientation
  • Assist employees with benefits related questions
  • Maintaining employee records and assisting with benefits administration and employee events
  • Coordinating open enrollment, benefits orientations and responding to employee benefits inquiries
  • Conduct human resources related training
  • Set up new hire orientation
  • Reviewing new hire employment data +
  • Coordinating all aspects of employee benefits and benefit enrollment programs
  • Handle daily employee relations and coordinate all employee service needs
  • Distribute internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies
  • Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies
  • Communicate benefits and open enrollment and new hire orientations
  • Document human resources policies and procedures
  • Process all employee related changes
  • Hire, and conduct new employee orientation
  • Conduct or participate in employee orientation
  • Providing assistance to employees with human resources or payroll related topics
  • Administering payroll to all company employees
