Experis is hiring an IAM Business Analyst in the Plano, Frisco, McKinney area for a temp project. The IAM Business Analyst will be working on a project to build Role-Base Matrices for our various applications from scratch. The IAM Analyst must have a solid background working with RBAC matrices and advanced Excel experience.
SUMMARY
The IAM Business Analyst is responsible for communicating with the line of business, applications owner, or vendor to gather application information and business requirements to develop implementation plans and/or supporting process documentation. The IAM Business Analyst is responsible for working with business partners to determine and/or maintain role-based access, onboard new applications, and to determine access changes needed for application enhancements. This position requires excellent organization and communication skills, multitasking and teamwork. IAM Business Analysts must assist in completing all required audit documentation that come with these key tasks.
Responsibilities
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to define appropriate permissions and implement role-based access controls
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure user access is granted appropriately based on user type or job function.
- Help define access controls, roles, and security for networks, systems, and applications.
- Provide insight into potential modifications to role-based access as necessary.
- Collect application security requirements from internal developers and external providers and employees.
- Create and maintain and Role-Based Matrix concerning vender and database access on a job title level, ensuring secure access to essential vendor databases.
- Assist with maintaining Access Control System
- Develop and maintain IAM operational documentation, process, and procedures
