Job Details for Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technicians: As the Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technicians you will be preparing patients for their health care visit, taking patient vitals and assisting through other medical procedures/testing.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8 hour shifts (between 7:00AM and 8:00PM)
- Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
- Contract to hire
Job Responsibilities & Description for Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technicians:
- Prepare patients for their health care visit
- Complete preliminary patient testing
- Coordinate with other members of the medical team
Job Requirements for Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technicians:
- CPR Certified
- Certified Medical Assistant (or willingness to become certified); prior employment with Butler Health, Excela, Highmark, iCare, MedExpress or UPMC is a plus
- Successful completion of an accredited medical assistant program
