· Candidates performs activities to identify and pursue market opportunities for IT products and oversees customer engagements.
· They develop IT product solution strategy and oversees creation and approval of business case, product plans and price analysis.
· Also manages development, resource allocation and scheduling for product requirements and consults on plans for entry of IT products in external market.
· Consults on value and analysis of customer processes to identify optimal product mix and represents IT products internally and externally
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree or master's degree
· Experience in Workday Configurations (Compensation & Benefits, Absence Management, Security)
· Experience in Integrations (Workday HCM Core, and any of the other HR modules such as Advance Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management etc)
· Experience in business Requirements & Testing.
