Description
- 3-5 years' experience in instructional design, using rapid prototyping development processes to create and maintain web-based, digital, virtual, mobile, and instructor-led learning solutions with tangible positive impacts to business results Bi-lingual/Spanish development and editing skills.
- Able to develop, translate and transform English-based learning material to professionally engaging Spanish-based learning material Highly creative and consultative mindset with both strategic and tactical learning development expertise.
- 3-5 years' experience using the following authoring tools for eLearning development: Articulate Storyline Articulate 360 and RISE HTML 5 Adobe Creative Suite Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with agility to effectively manage multiple concurrent initiatives with tight deadlines Highly organized and efficient, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related discipline (Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology) 2-3 years in the Mobile Wireless industry or have developed for a wireless audience 2-3 years' experience working with different multimedia features such as audio files, graphics, digital photography, animation, and gamification tools to create mobile learning, micro-learning, and blended courseware products.
- Demonstrated expertise in communicating to various levels of leadership within the organization to engage SME's, sponsors, leaders, and advocates, drawing out learning requirements and performance support opportunities Proficiency in creating and editing interactive media and digital media for web publishing and computer-based training solutions.
- Experience creating and maintaining mobile learning solutions, making the curriculum infrastructure within a mobile platform, and uploading content to a mobile LMS platform.
- Will the candidate(s) work 100% remote or 100% onsite or temporarily remote ONLY during the pandemic? For this assignment, we will allow remote only – if they are local and stay with us next year, they may be required to come in to meet with clients
