Looking for candidates with 4-5+years of experience as a IT Desktop Support Specialist or related Desktop role. Must have solid experience in upgrading end-users from Windows 7 to Windows 10 O/S. Solid experience with Active Directory, VPN access, MS Office Suite, and Mobile device support is also needed. Any SCCM related experience would be a plus.
