We are looking for eight (8) dedicated Junior Technician, eight (8) Technicians and one (1) Project Lead for PC refreshes.
Responsibilities:
- Performs basic computer hardware and software installations.
- PC refresh work is performed properly.
- Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support. This includes service that exceeds response time, lack of parts, or any issue that could impact Client satisfaction.
- Follow all health safety procedures and standards like wearing of personal protective equipment ("PPE") and social distancing.
- Follow directions and be reliable
- No exp needed, intro to IT
- Great communicator
- Mechanically inclined
Must be able to pass a federal drug screen and background check.
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
