Labor Relations Workforce Coordinator at ICONMA

· Primarily handles tactical aspects of Human Resources processes but also provides some higher level support.

· This is a specialized administrative role in the Human Resources functional area performing other duties such as Performance Management Advisor, non-exempt interviewing, conducting basic training programs or coordinating employee relations events.

· Manager is looking for an employee to help in Labor Relations with hiring, Employee Central entries, retirements, personnel files, filing, letters, scheduling interviews, NEO, etc.

· Assist with hiring wage employees per production requirements including interviewing, recruiting, testing, conducting background checks, making job offers, and inputting information in Employee Central.

· Utilizes Human Resource tools such as SAP and Business Objects to view and extract data used to respond to requests for information.
