LEAD RECRUITMENT PARTNER

Position Overview:

Line Management of TAq delivery team across hubs or in country under the guidance of the GTAqL. Have people management responsibility including, performance management, individual development planning, coaching and resource management etc.

Responsible for developing, implementing and delivering Talent Acquisition strategies - in partnership with the GTAqL, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and Senior Business Leaders. To identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals, with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Will involve proactively anticipating talent needs, developing and executing sourcing plans, conducting direct sourcing activity, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process. Carries an appropriate personal requisition load in line with annual targets.

• Manages TAq delivery team across hubs or in country.

• People management responsibility for the team, i.e. performance reviews, monitors performance, holds regular (at least monthly 121) meetings, identifying and resolving any issues regarding TAq delivery for team.

• Oversees others to deliver core TAq processes to expected standards, including proactive resource management is carried out, ensuring data quality is accurate and driving a great candidate experience • Works with HUB and GTAq leads to understand business priorities and tailor TAq support to meet requirements • Mentors and coaches direct reports and identified talent for development in the area • Will manage senior stakeholders under the guidance of the GTAqL • Aligned Point of contact for designated Business area(s), Global Talent Acquistion Lead, Business Leaders, as well as HRBP's.

• Is recognized within the business and TAq as Subject Matter Expert for recruitment into a particular area of specialism (i.e Finance or Clinical Development).

• Delivers the recruitment services and inputs to the formulation of recruitment strategies in partnership with colleagues, HRBPs and hiring managers to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

• Developing strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, builds a bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs.

• Ensures assigned recruitment services are in compliance with Global Recruitment and country policies/guidelines • Gathers and analyzes feedback from various sources for continuous improvement • Ensures 3rd party providers adhere to required procurement and policy standards, provides recommendations on 3 parties to meet business needs.

• Monitors team delivery using reports, metrics, kpi's and uses data to drive improvements, providing training as needed • Supports the Global Talent Acquisition Lead with complex recruitment projects.

• Proactively builds and develops relationships with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other colleagues providing consultation, project management and service delivery • Participates in all activities in the recruitment life cycle including; recruitment marketing, sourcing planning, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, hiring and onboarding • Educates business client in the use of Interviewing approach, recommend resources and techniques for interviewing, assessing and evaluating applicants • Works with continuous improvements to ensure that the way of working remains fit for purpose and exploiting new ways of working and lean methodology to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience • Supports continuous development of the Talent Acquisition community through coaching and mentoring colleagues and peers.

• Supports the GTAqLead and Country Lead on projects/topics as needed • Leads/supports one or more Central CoE TAq Projects locally or globally • Drives Early Talent Recruitment activities within aligned business area

Skills, Experience, & Education:

• Management related experience

• Expert in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in a complex global environment • Expert in multi-channel targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and identifying and securing passive candidates via various 'direct' channels – Social Media; LinkedIn etc., networking, market mapping, careers fairs, industry events etc • Experience with Workday application tracking system or other related system • Experience utilising a range of attraction channels – targeted media, social media, referrals, forums etc. to attract best in class candidates.

• Highly Competent IT skills, including all Microsoft office, spreadsheets, databases, reports and able to produce meaningful management information.

• Demonstrate strong Stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

Education:

Bachelors Degree or in lieu of a degree 4 additional years of work experience
