Lead Developer a minimum of 15 years of experience. 
  • Experience with leading other developers and is highly qualified in area of expertise.
  • Utilizing strong communication skills, will coordinate and align outcomes across multiple teams.
  • Will have scrum master working experience and is a recognized expert in software development utilizing C#, ASP .Net, MVC, Entity Framework, MSSQL, XML, Web Services, and other development environments.
  • Experience with Cloud environments such as Azure and Amazon Web Services.
  • Works with coworkers and customers using Agile methodologies. Has detailed technical knowledge and can engage business stakeholders to perform requirement discovery.
  • Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Git, and other environments.
Sr. Developer a minimum of 10 years of experience. 
  • An individual contributor who is highly qualified in area of expertise.
  • Experienced in software development utilizing C#, ASP .Net, MVC, Entity Framework, MSSQL, XML, Web Services, and other development environments.
  • Experience with Cloud environments such as Azure and Amazon Web Services.
  • Works with coworkers and customers using Agile methodologies.
  • Has detailed technical knowledge and can engage business stakeholders to perform requirement discovery.
  • Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Git, and other environments.
Mid-level Developer a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • An individual contributor who is qualified in area of expertise.
  • Experienced in software development utilizing C#, ASP .Net, MVC, Entity Framework, MSSQL, XML, Web Services, and other development environments.
  • Experience with Cloud environments such as Azure and Amazon Web Services.
  • Can contribute immediately. Does not require supervision.
  • Works with coworkers and customers using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Git, and other environments.
