We have partnered with a local, family owned company with a long term opportunity in Muncie, IN. Staffmark is seeking a motivated individual to work as a Production Line Worker. This position will load and unload on a production line, inspect product for quality, general assembly, and clean up. This position does require some lifting over head regularly and can be at a fast pace.

10 hour shifts/4 days per week:
1st shift - 6am-4:30pm, Monday – Thursday
2nd shift - 4pm -2:30am, Monday – Thursday
Overtime, when necessary will be assigned and scheduled on Friday's.
Daily Job Duties
As a Line Loader you will be responsible for the following:
- Loading products on to a moving line
- Placing hooks on the line for loading process
- Visual inspection of the final products
- Performing touch up paint as needed
- Additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long period of time
- Must have reliable transportation
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multi-task and flexibility of job responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a very hot environment
- Lifting requirement up to 50lbs
