We are currently searching for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of priority campaigns in our client's research. This remote role is an exciting opportunity to drive impact by influencing how we increase mindshare across the research ecosystem.
You will take on a variety of campaigns and establish best-in-class processes to ensure well-orchestrated campaign launches and ongoing development and oversight of campaign calendars. You will work cross functionally with researchers, Research PMs, Event PMs, and Comms. You will have the opportunity to craft unique audience engagement campaigns within an agile test and deploy organization while turning data into insights to drive continuous improvements. We are always learning from these engagements, and we take that learning back to our very own research partners to ensure that our future campaigns are continually improving.
Responsibilities:
- You are an experienced marketer with a solid understanding of channel usage and measurement methodologies. You can push through complexities to contribute to building marketing moments that align to business objectives and ensure success and excellence in marketing execution.
- Up-level our digital storytelling to delight and excite the scientific community
- Gather, synthesize, and document campaign plans to drive clarity across the business, including research teams
- Inclusively plan and lead campaigns for MSRO, which encompass depth and breadth tactics across social media and relationship management platforms.
- Establish and support a constant test / learn / innovate culture across all aspects of our campaign marketing – creative, targeting / segmentation, personalization, data, and marketing technology
- Represent your efforts across the organization on a regular basis at executive reviews, providing insight into our efforts ensuring our audience is satisfied, engaged, and growing
- Orchestrate best-in-class execution by leading a complex v-team of stakeholders
- Creates and presents campaign and quarterly reports that outline impact delivered, interprets insights, and provides recommendations based on outcomes
Requirements:
- At least five years of working in product marketing or marketing communications
- Strong social media acumen – understands social platforms and why / how different target audiences use them
- Must be a data-driven marketer. Must be comfortable reading and analyzing data, using it to inform marketing plans and prioritize investments and leading data discussions with key business stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret, understand, and translate data or results into practical and meaningful insights.
- Strong record of success leading high-visibility projects that require cross-group collaboration and executive approval from a geographically distributed set of stakeholders
- An organized self-starter, who creates business value through a continual growth mindset
- Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment
- Relationship marketing management experience highly desirable
