- This role is strategically important in driving definition around our internal marketing processes.
- The Marketing Ops Analyst will lead the process mapping, documentation and support of the campaigns planning and execution process by working with stakeholders across Legal, Privacy and Procurement to define requirements, SOPs, SLAs, LAMA's, contacts, and key decision points for channel execution across the Novi marketing team.
- Additionally, the role will manage our documentation system; including oversight and ongoing updates to internal processes, marketing systems best practices and tools, creating training aids and sessions, videos and guides and providing training and support to the team as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to define, organize, document marketing campaign requirements in support of PXFN, Privacy and Legal reviews in order to drive efficiencies in campaigns execution.
- Build out and manage flow diagrams modeling how work is done, accountable parties, prioritization of reviews, when reviews and approvals are required by legal, privacy and cross functional stakeholders for all channels (ONP Ads, QPs, Email, SMS, Paid Brand Media etc).
- Identify gap areas within our current internal processes, research and/or work with cross-functional teams to determine the best course of action to correct, and present recommendations on process, technical, or data improvements that addresses business needs or resolve gaps.
- Own the weekly publication of the marketing campaigns calendar by working closely with stakeholders across Brand, Growth, Web, Social and Product marketing to ensure projects are properly tagged for prioritization review within Workfront.
- Design and create training materials (e.g. job aids, reference guides, training manuals) and run training sessions as needed.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in mathematics, economics, statistics, business analytics, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- 7+ years' hands on progressive experience as a Marketing or Business Analyst, Marketing Process Analyst or equivalent role translating business requirements to design workable marketing processes and solutions.
- Expertise with global channels (email, online ads, Push, SMS etc) privacy laws, and setting up marketing processes and guardrails to abide by those laws.
- Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed documentation like requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams, and use-cases
- Ability to lead team and client meetings and to clearly articulate the solution being developed with all the stakeholders along with ability to walk stakeholders through marketing solutions
- Strong hands-on working knowledge of process mapping tools, Visio, Excel is preferred.
