Classification: Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist
Compensation: $17.00 to $19.00 hourly
Robert Half Healthcare Practice is recruiting for two (2) full-time Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist with one of our clients located in Carmel, IN. The AR Specialist will perform the below duties: Maintain up-to-date patient demographics and insurance, Process 50+ AR health insurance claims per day, Complete patient billing and investigating denials, Document activity in an accurate and timely manner on patient accounts, Work with team leads to improve, increase, & achieve overall goals, and Review and prepare account receivables for collections.
The schedule is: Monday-Friday, 8am -- 5pm.

- EMR Experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Experience and insight into the revenue cycle to maximize collections and reimbursement
- CPT/Procedure codes knowledge
- ICD10 diagnosis coding knowledge
