Classification: Medical Collections Specialist
Compensation: $19.00 to $20.00 hourly

Major responsibilities
- Field medical collections calls, both inbound and outbound
- Follow up with patients and insurance companies regarding outstanding payments and use practice management system to track account revisions
- Supervise patient accounts and make revisions as necessary- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and social skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of data entry
- Insurance claims experience
- Medical appeals experience highly desired
- Solid understanding of medical claims
- Proficiency in Claim Denials
- High School diploma or equivalent required
